		<description>I'm a recent convert to sprouts too.  When I was a nutritional heathen, I referred to them as "dirt" sprouts.  

The Broccoli sprouts are incredible, and our local organic sprout company has these things called "Zesty" sprouts.  Yummy.  

They go on, and in everything now.  I mix them into burgers, put them on top of omelettes, and just about every salad.  

Sprouts rule.</description>
