@Edrei:
I know; it was a big sacrifice to make. :)

It's hard to avoid talking about people sometimes and yet what we fail to realize so often is that even when things (like events) are not open to interpretation, just by their being things that come out of our mouths they *become* interpreted. It somewhat undermines the experience of knowing a person personally or being present through an event. Ideas, though, we can feed off each other's energy and who knows where the potential will take us?

Tsk...and you gave up your high traffic on Xanga for this? :P

The thing about people is that we're often talking about them, never to them. Which is sad when you look at it that way. At the end of it, it becomes another story that isn't even yours. A useless information you'll never think twice about.

The thing about events is that we can never change what has happened. It makes for a good story to tell or an introspective flashback, But futures are rarely decided on the emotional quip of our own past.

Ideas, perceptions, philosophies. Now they have the ability to reach other people and change their lives. Ideas have the ability to grow and change. It has the power to be put to use. It has power.

If only people will stop talking about other people to listen to a great idea out there somewhere.
