Sponsorship works, definitely. Give a little and get a little. Some bloggers are more focused on it than others though – and with respect to the content here (the introspective stuff I’ve been spewing) especially lately it kind of stands out when I feature a product or even restaurant I like, bribed or not.

@big league: Yeah, I don’t know if this one night qualifies me as being a whore about promotions, so much. You M.D.’s, on the other hand, are inundated, with our lives at stake. Good to know we’re in greed-motivated hands, Doc.

You should know right now that blogging won’t pay the electricity every month, much less a way of life! That I’ve seen many examples of, anyway. And I’m even talking about the successful ones. But it’s a great thing to do if you get enjoyment out of just doing it, so the payoff speaks for itself.
