		<description>it&#039;s sorta like my (former) obsession with beanies at all times of the year.  i would always get &quot;isn&#039;t it too hot to wear that hat?&quot; , even though the hat was knit.  and my default response would be &quot;it keeps my hair in check&quot; which was true.  But it&#039;s been very rare that I find wearing a knit beanie at night was ever too hot.  Oh well...  my hair is short now, and I&#039;ve lost all my hats anyway.</description>

		<description>I think they were alluding to the fact that loose weave knits get caught in all sorts of things. I have this cardigany-sweatery-shawl thing that constantly gets caught on fences and buttons and shelves, suddenly stopping me in my tracks.
