Looks delicious! I’ve been to several places that serve Taiwanese shaved ice but many of them serve their so called “snow” very chunky and icy. However, these pictures make Class 302 worth visiting!

@mobile – They use a machine to get the layers of snow like that! But of course, you can always make your own “ice.”

@Food GPS – So true. The trick, I think, is to plan to eat there too. Put your name in while anticipating the 30min+ wait, then go eat nearby or do 99 Ranch grocery errands. Go all-out. (Yes, makes for pretty high maintenance shaved snow.)

Class 302 was great, but a 45 minute wait? I’m not sure about that. The green tea and mango versions were my favorites too. The only snow that didn’t work for me was the one with caramel pudding.
